No, all Officers are responsible for their accounts and all activity performed on Files and Documents within E-Office System. Officer concern will be held responsible if something happens without his/her consent, done by subordinates.
No Internet usage is not preferred while using E-Office System. You will need to disable WIFI connection to enable LAN Ethernet for E-Office System usage.
Currently E-Office System can only be used from your office over Ethernet cable. E-Office System will SOON be accessible Online.
On E-Office System generated document there is no need to put your signature. Anyhow if you want to ADD your signatures you can add scan signatures in Profile Section on Top Right Corner of E-office System Dashboard.
No, Files will not be visible on your E-Office System Dashboard once you forward the File(s) and Document(s) to another officer.
Yes, Diary and Dispatch registered are automatically created in your E-Office System Account and you can access diary and dispatch register from sidebar located at left side of main E-Office System Dashboard.
